SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to provide affordable shipping and delivery rates no matter where you live. We look out for discount shipping and delivery charges for you. Every day, our suppliers deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We have the most cost-effective rates for delivery, hence the shipping rates for our customers are lower.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world though there may be restrictions in shipping to some international destinations.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.
PROCESSING TIME
This refers to order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24-72 business hours after the order is placed. Depending on demand, the manufacturer or supplier takes an additional 3–7 business days to process the orders.
SHIPPING OR TRANSIT TIME
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the suppliers' warehouse to point of destination. International delivery usually takes about 2-4 weeks. For shipments in or to the US and Canada, item(s) usually takes between 1–3 weeks to arrive at the destination.

TRACKING CODE
Tracking information is provided per entire order or per individual item in an order depending on whether products are shipped from the same supplier. Please note that you may receive separate tracking codes or updates for individual items in an order at different times via email and or SMS text.
Tracking information will be made available where possible as soon as an item is or items are shipped depending on the courier.
Delivery time may vary for items with separate or different tracking codes. Please utilize the tracking tools on our website to check on the status of all shipments.
SCHEDULE
We highly recommend that our customers keep in mind that holidays and weekends processing, shipping, and delivery may be slightly extended and or varied. Please plan to place your orders in advance to avoid any unexpected holiday, weekend or special events rush.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION
We recommend that an accurate street address must be used on all orders. However, we understand that the shipping addresses for some international destinations outside the USA may use a post office box. International customers may need to provide the necessary identification to pick up from their local post office. Verify with your local post office to ensure that a direct delivery, dispatch, or shipment is possible and inquire about any customs duties, taxes or fees before placing your order. Whereby direct shipment is unavailable be sure to choose and utilize a secure address where you can collect your package.
SHIPPING OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
We reserve the right to offer and promote free shipping and other special shipping rates for our customers. Domestic and international shipping promotions may vary or be similar and may be modified for promotional purposes to engage our customers.
Our Bestsellers and New Trends are designated store offers with free shipping for all countries.
The following countries are currently eligible for free shipping on Fridays: United States, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, China, Japan, Canada.
