HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Typically an order will take 1-3 weeks to deliver based on demand, holidays, weekends, time of the year, the country you live in and the location of the warehouse. We work with worldwide distributors, suppliers, and warehouses; and use the most affordable and reliable couriers to save our customers money.
CAN I EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER?
We currently offer standard shipping on all orders to ensure that our suppliers from all over the world can meet the delivery time within 1-3 weeks for US, Canada, and the UK and within 2-4 weeks for all other regions.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES AT DIFFERENT TIMES?
If one or more of several products within an order comes from a different supplier or different warehouses, the item(s) may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on separate dates. Distribution centers are located worldwide, therefore our suppliers opt in for the fastest way to deliver products and sometimes that may split an order into separate packages.
HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT IF I DO'NT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
PayPal is our secure payment processor for your transactions and you can use a credit or debit card with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express logo.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PRODUCTS?
At the moment Forever Sure Deals does not support any customization options, either for products or packages. However, this option might be available in the near future.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Products marked as clearance are non-refundable and non-returnable
If you participate in a promotional offer with coupon codes or discounts and or free gifts, the gifted items are not returnable and non-refundable and any items in the transaction may only be exchanged if defective or exchanged for a similar item or product, or processed as an in-store credit.
Any item not in its original package that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defects may not be considered for a refund.
Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery will not be considered for a refund.
The cost of shipping and handling for non-defective products will be paid for by the customer depending on the country you live in.

HOW SOON CAN MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
As soon as we can verify with the courier that a product is en route or in transit a refund will be processed for the cost of the item with any applicable taxes and depending on the country you live in, you may have to bear the cost of return shipping.
The typical estimated refund process may take 5-7 business days or more, depending on the country you live in, your financial institution, weekends and holidays.
If you haven’t received a refund after the minimum days of 5-7 business days, first check your email to see if you have received a message that your refund has been processed and when to expect the payout.
Next contact your bank or your credit card company; there may be a processing time factor before a refund is officially posted.
