Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our return policy is 30 days for USA, Canada, and the UK. However, some of our suppliers may have different policies for return and will only issue a refund or accept a return or exchange within the guidelines of their own policies; if there is a need to return a product please do so immediately in order to ensure quick response and refunds. Additional and specific information may be added to a product description if a different return or refund policy other than what is stated here in our policy applies.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, we may offer you an in-store credit or a partial credit.

Our return policy for all other countries is no more than 15 days in order to make up for any delays that may be caused by the customs and duties from different countries and still have the products returned to the designated warehouses in a timely fashion.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and may be subject to restocking fees to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

To complete your return, please contact us. For defective products, you may email pictures of the items in the original packaging as soon as it is delivered. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, Contact Us immediately.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE AND  NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Products marked as clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you purchase an item or product through a store-promotion that offers a free gift, the gifted item is non-returnable and non-refundable and the qualifying product(s) that is associated with the free gift may only be processed as a store credit or exchanged for the same product if defective. 

A product that is not in its original packaging, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defects will not be considered for a refund.

REFUNDS

As soon as we can verify with the courier that a return is completed and received a refund will be processed for the cost of the item with any applicable taxes and depending on the country you live in, you may have to bear the cost of return shipping.

A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days for US domestic customers but no more than 10-14 business days for international customers.

FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND

If your product is significantly different from the product description, you can

A: Return it and get a full refund, or

B: Get a partial refund issued as an in-store credit and keep the item. (subject to approval)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after the set number of business days stated, first check your email to see if you have received a message that your refund process has completed and when to expect the payout.

Next contact your bank or your credit card company, there may be processing time before a refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after, or within 12-21 business days, please Contact Us.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on clearance, 0.99 cents special offers and special price-ticketed items or collections cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a non-defective product please Contact Us.

GIFTS
If the item was or is marked or promoted as a gift with a qualifying purchase amount, the item considered as the gift would be non-returnable and non-refundable and any items in the transaction may only be exchanged if defective or exchanged for a similar item or product.

SHIPPING
If you have issues with returning a product, please Contact Us.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping fees for delivery and returns if applicable charges apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable if restocking fees are charged by the supplier or warehouse. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if restocking fees apply.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that your item(s) are returned appropriately with assurance.
